Should the Host feel that they cannot host one or more of the compulsory events due to lack of facilities or some other legitimate concern, the Host representative must notify the Board of the CAN-AM POLICE-FIRE GAMES FEDERATION and show just cause as to why they cannot host one of the compulsory events.

Any other sport or event that the Host thinks might be viable may be considered. The Host must receive prior approval from the Board of the Can-Am Police-Fire Games before implementing a sporting event not listed under the compulsory events.
